Forever Heart Bear Christmas Memorial Gift

Every year, we get our son a Christmas gift from his angel sisters. They "gave" him a Forever Heart Bear because they will always be in his heart.

Valentine's Cards

I've been working on doing Valentine's cards for the family. I ended up making this super sweet card to send out to fam and nurses and so forth from the girls. I love the Angel bears!! So super cute - they are (and paper) by Kristi W
The card says "Sprinkling down love from heaven above to you this Valentine's Day."
Miss my girls. Sending love to them in heaven.
